About Angela

Angela Ashwin is a Yoga Teacher and British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Course Tutor with over twenty-five years of Yoga experience and has taught Yoga for over fifteen years. From 2001-2003 she trained as a BWY Diploma Course Tutor and has taught two teacher training courses so far.

She see Yoga as a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit, and aims to unify Yoga philosophy into physical movement and breathing.

She lives and teaches in and around Exmouth, Devon in the South-West of England. You can contact her on:

Current Yoga classes in Exmouth

Tuesday morning 9.30-11am in the Ballet School, Cranford View (all abilities)
Wednesday evening 7-8.30pm in Rethink, Meeting Street (all abilities)
Yoga Intensive , small classes with individual care for advanced students.
Create your own yoga class at the Yoga Studio, 231a Exeter Road. Choose the time, topic and level for up to five students.

Yoga teacher training (BWY Diploma)
