Karen has a diploma in Flower and Vibrational Essence Therapy and is registered with the British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association as an Advanced Practitioner. She has a Diploma in Spiritual Healing accredited by the Alliance of Healing Associations. She also has a foundation certificate in Life Coaching through Newcastle College and has studied T'ai Chi and Qi Qong for a number of years. She currently works, on a voluntary basis, for the Quiet Mind Centre as a healer on one day a week while developing her private practice in Healing and Vibrational Essence therapy. She keeps up to date with changes and developments in Flower and Vibrational Essence therapy and Healing through membership of BFVEA and regular CPD opportunities.
She has a current enhanced CRB certificate and has considerable expertise when working with children, being particularly interested in how specific use of Flower Essences and Healing may be able to help with modifying behaviour and easing reactions to stressful situations.
She also specialises in using Essences and Healing with conditions related to times of great change and stress such as the menopause, bereavement, separation and divorce.
Flower and Vibrational Essences Access to a wide range of commercially produced essences allows combinations to be selected specifically for each client based on their particular needs. The essences will be prepared in a small bottle for you to take away with instructions as to method of use and length of time.
Healing Healing takes place in a comfortablt chair with cushions and a footstool to create a relaxed setting. You will be talked through a body relaxations exercise so that you reach a calm, meditative state where you are aware of your surroundings but remain undisturbed by any sound or movement.
