Yoga

It is great to get a massage, health improves immensely by seeing a kinesiologist, a homeopath can shift illnesses without the use of harmful drugs and coaching brings life situations back into perspective. But all of these need a one to one practitioner, you can’t do it ourselves and cheaply.

With Yoga you can!

All we need is a small space in a warm and clean enough room, an attentive mind and the will to improve and change on physical, energetic and mental level.

We have to learn it from an experienced teacher, it would be good to have the time to go to a class once a week, but the main practise we do is on our own, we are our own therapist.

We work with:
-Asanas: this are body postures; they bring more range of movement to the body and improve all it’s functions. We learn to discover the misalignments of the body and the tensions and blockages. Bringing alignment back and freeing tensions and blockages results in a freer and more complete energy flow and mental issues are released.
Not to speak about the joy a pain free and tension free body can cause.
-Pranayama: breathing practises, which deepen the breath, energise the system, improve all respiratory illnesses and increase our inner awareness. The yoga philosophy relates breath with life force. By improving breathing we gain more vitality.
-Mudras and Bandhas: Energy practises which help unblocking meridians and cause the energy to flow stronger and help to direct it to where it is needed.
-Concentration and Meditation: learning to control the thoughts. Thoughts are very powerful, they make us ill, they heal us they make us a happy or unhappy being. Concentration and meditation are means by which we can discover our thought processes, reduce the negative thoughts and transform them into healing ones.

As more we practise as further we get on a path of transformation
