I am a fully qualified Nutritionist, trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. I have been practising for 10 years both in the Midlands and in Devon . I am currently working at Lewis Healthcare in Exmouth.
I became interested in Nutrition after a change of diet helped me to recover from Crohn's disease. This has led me to have a particular interest in digestive problems and I frequently see clients with IBS, Crohn's, colitis and other digestive illnesses.
I enjoy good food but don't believe in rigid or restrictive eating habits.
My aim is to encourage clients to improve their diets in a practical, enjoyable and sustainable way.
I am also involved in writing and researching in the field of nutrition and health. I have had articles published on many subjects including eyesight, fertility, eczema, Crohn's disease and ageing. I am an enthusiastic public speaker and am available to give talks on nutrition and health.
I live in Exmouth and have two young children.

At the end of the first session you will have
