Hypnotherapy

 

Hypnosis is simply a natural state of deep relaxation which most of us experience at least twice a day - when waking and falling asleep. The hypnotherapist helps you to enter this natural state deliberately and use it to make positive changes. You are more able to take in suggestions when you are deeply relaxed in this way.

You remain in control - no one can make you do something you do not want to do. So the decision to change needs to be yours alone.
