The Good Health Exmouth stand at the end of the Cycle Race September 2011

During the Exmouth Festival in Manor Gardens Good Health Exmouth provided a healing space. Many of us gave free tasters of our treatments or information and advice about treatments and staying healthy. One of many people who enjoyed a taster session.
Spinal checks with the chiropractor. People queued up to see Kathryn for free spinal checks. There were various forms of massage and healing, personal yoga therapy sessions and reflexology available - to mention only a few. Advice was available on healthy eating, flower essences, life coaching, hypnotherapy to stop smoking and homeopathy for first aid. And boy were we kept busy! Lots of people went away looking and feeling a lot less stressed than when they arrived! It was a great opportunity to try out some of the therapies and meet the therapists who make up Good Health Exmouth.
