Ruth has studied to a Master level of NLP and has an extensive background in personal development and health rehabilitation. She learned many of her skills through her own personal experience which has given her the strength of character, humour and focus to create a safe and confidential space in which to work creatively.

£40.00 per session approx an hour
Coaching sessions can take place within her practice either in Exmouth or Exeter, or she can visit your home, business or agreed location.
