Kinesiology is particularly useful in determining allergies, often clients are first drawn to kinesiology for allergy testing and then realise how it can be helpful in many ways. Kinesiology uses a gentle technique known as muscle testing, not a test of strength, but a method of measuring the body's response to emotional, physical and environmental stresses. This information is collected to build a picture of the disturbances in the body's many systems which are contributing to the problems the client is experiencing. Muscle testing also determines which procedures to use in restoring harmony and balance in the body Nutritional and self help advice may also be included. Kinesiology is a non invasive way of tackling many types of problems. My clients often comment on how effective, relaxing and enlightening this approach is. Clients report complete relief or reduced symptoms, increased energy and feelings of well being. Kinesiology is suitable for all ages including babies, children and the elderly.
