What to expect from a Homeopathy appointment?

The first appointment usually lasts about 1½ - 2 hours. It involves taking details of symptoms and medical history, including any other treatment you may be having and getting to know you as a person - likes and dislikes, interests and so on.

Follow up appointments normally take about 30 - 45 minutes and can be anything from about 4 weeks to 3 months apart.

Home visits are available for those unable to come to appointments. A small extra charge is usually made for this.

HynopBirthing

Hypnobirthing allows you to experience the magic of birth and puts you in charge so your baby will be born calm and alert as nature intended, able to bond with you quickly and settle into healthy sleeping and feeding patterns.

HypnoBirthing enables you to work with your body in a totally natural way - making birth a positive experience for you, your baby and your partner.

Allergy Testing

Do you suffer from digestive problems, joint pains, fatigue, headaches, irritability, depression, sleeplessness, recurrent infections or skin problems such as itching and rashes?

In modern life we are subject to endless stresses and strains and our bodies must contend with toxins, chemicals and pollutants in our environment and in our food.

Using non-invasive muscle testing techniques (no undressing, needles or blood) and case history we can explore this together and work out an individualised plan for you with a programme of elimination, re-introduction and also, where appropriate, homeopathic remedies designed to help with desensitisation and restore you to health.
